Homemade Coconut Milk

 

Simple Homemade Coconut Milk

Ingredients:

- 4 c filtered water

- 8 oz unsweetened, shredded coconut 

Directions:

- Bring water to a boil, turn off heat

- Add coconut to the water and let it soak until the mixture is room temp

- Transfer everything to your blender

- Blend on high for 3-5 minutes

- Strain into a jar

- Store in the fridge for a week (if it lasts that long)
